We welcome you to our Guest House and wish you an enjoyable stay in the Tampa area.

There is a queen size Tempurpedic Adjustable bed. The shower is spacious. For your convenience we provide you a washer/dryer, please make sure to bring your preferred detergent. We do provide with startup bath toiletries and tea/coffee.

This location is very centrally located and we enjoy easy access to all of the corridors that lead to all points of interest. This unit provides you with a cozy and comfortable stay while still enjoying our enchanting property. We are a certified Bird Habitat and you will find many types of birds. You’ll love the kitchen, the location, the coziness, and all of the thoughtful touches we include in our properties. We provide you with off-street parking and the property is well lighted to bring you peace of mind at night. This property is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We live on-site in the main house and if not at home we can be reached by phone.

Went by too fast!

Christie & Stuart were the best hosts you could ask for! Our time in Tampa was great - had alot to do with our hosts who treated us like long lost friends. The room was clean and had all the amenities for a months stay. The grounds were so relaxing. Had a blast playing catch with Sasha-their dog. Huge "thank you" for making our Florida adventure the best!!

Peaceful Clean Environment

Very much enjoyed the peaceful quiet environment at the Birdsnest. CHRISTY was accessible and responsive. I would not hesitate to return during my next visit to the area.

The Perfect Getaway

Christie and Stuart were the perfect hosts and this cottage is a gem! Communications were timely and thorough and check-in was seamless. The cottage itself was the cutest with all of the bird themed items, and the property was like a secret garden. The location was super convenient and the neighborhood quiet. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our long weekend away. Thank you Christie & Stuart for a wonderful place to temporarily call "home". We hope to see you again!

Wonderful

Christie was a wonderful host. The pictures don't do justice to the beautiful setting. Everything was clean and perfect. I will definitely be staying here every time we come to Tampa

A botanical garden in the heart of Tampa...

My husband loves wildlife, and I love plants and flowers. The cute "Birds' Nest" apartment was a perfect fit for us. Woke up in the mornings to singing birds and a water fountain at the bottom of the stairs to the apartment. Located in the Old Seminole Heights, we were close to attractions that we wanted to see and able to eat at "home" and go. !-275 was a few blocks away, so we were easily on our way to attractions in nearby cities. Stuart and Christie were wonderful hosts, always available to answer any questions and give suggestions. We really enjoyed our time in Tampa, and would not hesitate to return if we are ever in the area.

A delighful property, well situated and close to major roads but still very quiet.

The property was very clean and well stocked. The apartment was about 100 feet behind the main house so it was very quiet in a nice residential neighborhood The owners live on the property and were available to help if we had any questions. We enjoyed our stay a great deal. Access to Tampa was easy and a 10-15 minute drive.

Lovely spot on a beautiful property. Very charming!

Absolutely charming

Beautiful garden setting, clean and comfortable apartment, and wonderfully responsive owners. They went the extra mile to ensure our comfort by having milk, juice, cereal, coffee, tea, and trail mix stocked and waiting which meant that we didn't have to run out the night of our arrival to get groceries for breakfast. Hardwood floors throughout made for a very clean place. Bistro table and chairs outside the door on the landing was a great spot to bird watch and have coffee. I absolutely loved this place.
