Island Royale 404 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with stunning Gulf-front views from the 4th floor. Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, within walking distance to shopping, dining, and local attractions.

Loved the condo. Had a few minor problems, but they were dealt with promptly. It may be time for a new fridge before long. The ice maker only worked intermittently.Great location. Love Island Royale. It's the perfect size complex.

The pools were warm , the hot tubs were hot- very convenient walk to beach - this condo has everything you need. It was perfect and clean with a great view.

Cute 2-bedroom condo in Gulf Shores

We absolutely loved our stay at this cute 2-bedroom condo in Gulf Shores! The location could not have been better — within walking distance to both the NCAA tournament and the juniors tournament, which made everything so convenient. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. One of our favorite parts was the awesome patio area with a beautiful beach view — such a relaxing spot to enjoy coffee in the morning or unwind after a long day. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very clean, comfortable, and we had no major issues during our visit.The condo provides all of the basic necessities for cooking and eating in, which was especially convenient when we wanted to avoid the long waits and added expense of eating out for every meal.My only real complaint is that there are no beach chairs or beach toys available for guests to use. There is a chair and umbrella rental service on the beach directly behind the condo, but it can get expensive. If you’re flying in, you probably aren’t bringing chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys with you, so you’ll either need to rent them or purchase them after you arrive.The kids also really enjoyed the condo’s pool, which was a nice option when we wanted a break from the beach.Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend the condo, especially for families looking for a clean and convenient place with easy access to the beach.

The property was very clean. The bathrooms were large. The balcony furniture was sturdy and the view was fabulous! The furniture in the house was comfy (we plan to buy armchairs like the ones in the condo now). The full size washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry room was a nice surprise. Loved Joe the security guard! Lots of parking. Prime location - easy walk to the Hangout square. Would most definitely stay again.

View was amazing. Condo had minimal essentials but was fine. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Only downside is the shared cubbies for beach items. Ours were taken and never returned. Then after our stuff was taken, we learned that it’s a free-for-all. No signs or anything posted.

We have stayed a few times in Gulf Shores and this has been by far our favorite place to stay. It was super clean and just like the pictures advertised. It’s just a few steps to the beach, and the view from the balcony was amazing. We can’t wait to stay here again! P.S. Joe is a security guard here and he was very helpful and friendly.
