Welcome to Barker Cottage with Spa! Experience the ultimate Flinders getaway where coastal village charm meets modern luxury. Perfectly positioned, you can leave the car behind—walk to the stunning beach at the end of our street, or stroll into town to explore boutique shops and celebrated restaurants.
Experience the perfect blend of history and contemporary living in this stunning single-level retreat, designed to accommodate the whole family in style.
Your journey begins in the beautifully preserved original cottage at the front of the property, housing three charming bedrooms. From here, the home opens up into an impressive modern extension that exudes sophistication and luxury.
The heart of the new extension is the light-filled main living area. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of the backyard, bringing the outdoors in. Relax by the warm wood fireplace in cooler months, enjoy the year-round comfort of air conditioning, or entertain at the chic bar.
The lavish master suite, complete with a private ensuite, offers a secluded sanctuary for parents. Kids and the young-at-heart will love the dedicated games room, featuring both a ping pong table and Foosball.
Cooking is a delight in the fully equipped country-style kitchen, with a dining table for eight ready for long, lazy holiday meals.
Outside, enjoy the fresh coastal air and unwind in the spa—the perfect way to end a day of exploring the Mornington Peninsula.
