What is the cancellation policy?
Please read our Cancellation policy carefully as it depends on which resort you book through us according to the name of the Developer:
SHERATON Resorts
Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 61 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 60 days there is no changes or cancellations allowed; There is a cancellation fee of $ 50 regardless to pay in the event of a cancellation.
61 days plus from check in = 100% refund - $50 cancellation fee
60 days or less from check in = NO Cancellation + $50 cancellation fee
This unit is not necessarily the one in the picture; it will be assigned at the time of check-in.

Construction Updates
Beginning April 7, 2024, to June 8, 2024, Sheraton Vistana Villages Key West Village will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.
The Key West Pool will be closed for refurbishment from Sep. 1 to Oct. 20, 2023. During this time, the Bella Pool and St. Augustine Pool are expected to remain open. Thank you for your understanding as we make this important update.
Cashless Resort
There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.
Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

True to its name, this beautiful and sprawling quarter-acre pool with its dramatic rock waterfall is a hub of resort activity and relaxation. You’ll find a separate, quieter pool off the main area, as well as a soothing outdoor whirlpool spa. Refreshments are conveniently available poolside starting at 11 a.m. (open seasonally, weather permitting).
ST. AUGUSTINE POOL

A splash back to Florida’s days of pirates and sunken treasures, this playful pool area includes a shore-like zero-entry side and an irresistible interactive pirate ship with slides, water shoots and a water cannon. The Pirate’s Cove Pool Bar is located poolside to recharge the whole crew after a friendly attack.
KEY WEST POOL
