About this property

This home has recently had a whole new makeover and with lots of natural light and polished floorboards, makes it an easy property to kick back and relax in. A fully enclosed backyard for small children and also a lockable storage shed to keep the bikes or ski gear secure as well. Bi fold doors open up from the kitchen dining area out into the backyard making BBQ’s out the back an easy dining in option.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher and a coffee pod machine. Dining seating for 6 makes perfect for lazy Sunday morning breakfasts. Plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen for staying in if you don’t want to head out to our many restaurants.

Enough space for everyone to relax after a day of exploring Bright & surrounds. Wifi is included at this property and a Smart TV, some boardgames and books supplied.

Beautiful house in great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Experience was fantastic. The house is modern and had everything for a a comfortable easy stay. Things that were particularly appreciated were a washer dryer combo, which made it easy to dry swimming clothes quickly, washing powder, and basic cooking essentials like oil and spices. There is a good size backyard for children. A beautiful shower and bath tub. And location is perfect, quiet street that is 5 min walk to river and splash park, and only a little longer to main restaurant and shop streets.

Great home

The home suited me and my four friends well. The heating was lovely and a nice spacious kitchen. Beds comfortable and bathroom was very modern. Nice long driveway to fit all our cars too which was great.
