The electronic opening Louvretec roof and large sliding aluminium shutters create privacy and shade whenever desired along the entertaining side of the bach.

The outdoor room has a Infratec heater and selectable LED coloured mood lighting for ambiance!The indoor-outdoor flow is absolutely perfect for dining and your social gatherings.

This fantastic sun filled bach also has a dedicated home theatre room with a huge 114" wide screen and brilliant 9.1 cinema surround sound. Perfect for relaxing in the evenings or on rainy days.

There is also a TV in the Master bedroom.

If you like to listen to music bring your iPhone to stream your own music library via blue tooth.

The kitchen is very well appointed,including a 'Vintec' dual temp wine fridge for storing both your red and white wines.

The master bedroom has an ensuite which connects to the main bathroom. It's equipped with both a free standing bath and a shower with a lovely ceiling mounted 'rain head' so you can relax and wash away that city stress!

Outside on the large deck there is both a Dedon 'Love Pod' and also a Dedon 'Ying Yang'.
Both of which are comfortable enough to fall asleep on while listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach!

After a relaxing day at the beach rinse off in the outdoor shower- great for kids and sandy feet!
