About this property

Unpack, relax, and enjoy! Swim in a large in-ground pool, play outdoor games, use provided paddle boards and canoes on the Bay of Quinte. In the evenings, fire up the BBQ, catch the spectacular sun set from the tree house, roast marshmallows over an outdoor fire, break out the guitar (provided!) and settle in for board games! A short drive from wineries, art studios, restaurants, and beaches.
July-August weekly stays start on a Saturdays only! Other months 2 night minimum (except for long weekends where there is a 3 night min. stay).
We are eligible for Ontario’s Staycation tax credit!

Outdoor Fires must take place in the designated fire pit area. Guests must call in the Burn Permit number for each fire. Failure will result in fines.

If region is affected by high, low water levels or natural disasters, prior to or at the time of stay, a refund or change of dates is not permitted.

All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. Minors are to be supervised. No dogs in the pool. No glass or alcohol in the pool area.
