The Lake House features almost 400 feet of private waterfront, perfect for a serene country getaway year round. The house is nestled on an acre of land surrounded by beautiful trees and includes a dock, sandy waterfront, a large deck and open areas perfect for lawn sports. This newly renovated bungalow has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (including en suite) and features an open concept great room, wood burning fireplace, chefs kitchen, radiant heated floors, large deck and beautiful lake views. Located on the Prince Edward County Taste Trail, the Lake House also offers easy access to over 30 wineries and restaurants as well as Prince Edward County’s many other attractions, including: bicycle trails, hiking trails, galleries, shopping at local markets and vibrant art studios, golf courses, fishing on the Bay of Quinte, horseback riding, birdwatching, Sandbanks Provincial Park and beaches (30 km), snowmobiling, cross country skiing, skating and snowshoeing.

Relax in the hammock under the trees or enjoy the lake which is perfect for swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddleboating and more. Amenities include: fully equipped kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils, bedding, bath towels, washer & dryer, internet access, satellite TV, stereo, Blu-ray player, board games, and books. Please bring your own beach towels. The house comes complete with use of a gas BBQ, patio table and chairs, lawn chairs, hammock, firepit, canoe, and paddle boat for all your outdoor needs! We are also very family friendly offering access to a pack ‘n play crib for infant sleeping, high chair, and sandbox.

We are located approximately 160 Kilometers east of Toronto and 350 Kilometers west of Montreal in beautiful Prince Edward County.
