The property and the grounds are beautiful with absolutely stunning views and a great location! The home was perfect for our group and we were able to snorkel on the reef just outside the beach area, make sure to bring water shoes as the entrance is rocky.

Excellent stay!This home was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed, easily accommodating our group of 10 family and friends. From the private beach to the pool and the movie theater, every part of the property exceeded our expectations. We were truly blown away by the experience.I highly recommend this property. It is a bit far from Willemstad, so renting a car is strongly recommended, especially for larger groups, as taxis can be quite expensive.We would absolutely stay here again

This house was absolutely beautiful, and the view was spectacular. The security of the neighborhood was excellent and made us feel very safe throughout our stay. We did have a small issue with the septic and the washer, but the response was immediate—they showed up right away and fixed everything quickly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful get away

Though we did have a few bumps with internet and laundry, those were resolved in a couple of minutes and didn't interfere with our stay too much. This was a perfect home for our large grouo of 16. We loved our stay!

Our group had a great time. Its a very good property with a lot of activities to do at the house and resort area. The beach is rocky getting in the water not ideal for swimming but its great for snorkeling. Would recommend going to anyone. Already looking into buying a house down there :-)

Great place to connect with friends

Beautiful home with excellent beds and plenty of space for a friend reunion. Super clean, communication was excellent, and the extras - massages and the chef - worked out well for our group. The hot tub and the cinema room weren't working, but otherwise all was great. We enjoyed it!

Chek in: We arrived just after 4:00pm (check in is 4pm) and the house wasn’t ready for us. We had to wait outside for almost 2 hours, which was pretty difficult with 3 kids that have been up since 2am.House Layout, HVAC, and Plumbing: I think it’s important to know that there are 6 bedrooms in the main house and the other 3 are bedrooms are located at the small guest house/movie theater which has a very different feel inside (a bit dingy and having a mildew-like odor). BE AWARE - only bedrooms have AC, the main house does not. The inside temperature was very uncomfortable. Leaving windows and doors open to encourage air flow only brings mosquitos and damp hot air into the house. VERY IMPORTANT - AC is only complimentary from 7pm to 10am and if you go over usage, you have to pay. Bathrooms seem to lack plumbing traps (I'm a retired plumber, so yes, I ran water to fill any traps if present, but this did not help - thus I concluded that there were no traps present), so sewage odor can become overwhelming at times. We actually sealed off 2 bathrooms the entire week because the sewage odor was so intense. 2 or 3 days we had no hot/warm water at all.Outdoors: The views are beautiful and the pool is awesome, but there were no floaties or any fun things for kids to use in the pool. On the side of the house there were 2 inflatables, but they were beyond their life expectancy and proved to be unusesable. The hot tub was cloudy and we did not want to use it. The beach is nic

Dear Pete, the check in procedure as it occured is unacceptable, and i Sincerely apologize for this. If there is a misunderstanding about the bedrooms in the cinema building i will improviseer my communication so that everything is clearer in the future. Regarding the additional charge for the use of the air conditioning: this is not my policy. No one of my guests had to pay extra for electricity or water usage. Could you please tell me who informed you about an extra payment About the syfons and an unpleasant door, I will discuss this with my property manager. I am sorry for your unpleasant experience. I will do everything i can to ensure this does not happen again.

Wonderful vacation

We enjoyed our stay at coral estates with our family very much! The house was spectacular with a great pool and hot tub while viewing the ocean! Booking the house was a bit misleading as our quote appeared in Canadian funds which was not the case when it came to payment! The weather was fantastic and our host Brigitte was wonderful!

Beautiful property

Property was exceptional, very spacious and clean. My family enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor feature of the home. For a group of 17 plenty of space to spread around. The pool was great to use and go for a dip especially since the beach isn't suitable for swimming. Brigitte was a great host and accessible when needed.

A beautiful dream vacation at the villa

My family of 16 had a week of a lifetime. The villa was so much more than any of us could have envisioned. Brigitte, the manager , helped us plan each day with her recommendations. Lisa, our chef, and husband Olaf prepared the most delicious dishes. It was a perfect week in paradise!

Amazing Home, Amazing Host.

This home is everything you can dream of and more. The view is breathtaking and the amenities are incredible. We had a large group stay in the home and we did not have any issues with privacy or areas to find a quiet moment. Brigitte was a great host and assisted us with all of our needs. If you're not interested in staying close to town, this home is a perfect vacation spot.

This house is incredible!

This is an amazing home and property. Our large group stayed here and we all felt the home had everything we needed and more. It never felt crowded because there were so many different spots around the home to hangout in to get some peace and quiet. The view is incredible - we saw so much amazing wildlife around the home all day long, and of course the beach itself was simply gorgeous. There is fantastic snorkeling right from the property as well. The pool, hot tub, and kitchen amenities were excellent. Communication with Brigitte was easy and quick. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more!

Great spot for large groups

The setting was fantastic. Coral estates is a large group of homes that has private security to get in and out of the property. Airport is about a 30 minute ride as was a large supermarket. Williamstead was about a 50 minute drive. In the Coral Estates property is a resort that had lodging, two restaurants, two cafes, and a scuba diving operation The house had many different areas where smaller groups could hang out. Inside the house was a dream kitchen and a dining table that could easily seat 16 people

What dreams are made of...

This is one of the most beautiful properties I've ever stayed at. Ample room for my party of 12 adults. Sleek/modern decor, spacious rooms with a cool theatre which was a huge bonus! Great pool, and jacuzzi and the view and private access to the beach. are what took me over the top. The pictures do not do this gem justice. The staff (Brigitte and Bea) returned every call or text timely and answered every question I had. My group and I loved everything!!

Was once a beautiful home

Lots of small things chipped away at the 5 stars.Small things like all the overgrowth due to lack of landscaping, no hammocks despite the appearing half a dozen times in the listing, lukewarm water for showering, water kettle that was disintegrating was only replaced on our last day, etc. etc.The views, the number of rooms and the location still make this a wonderful home. However, you can tell that ownership has fallen out of love with the property and is in it strictly for the income while reducing costs to a bare minimum.

This was a beautiful home that was large enough for the 14 people who were here for a family reunion. The beds are comfortable and the rooms, including the kitchen, are well-appointed. While we all wished there’d been AC in the main part of the house as it was very hot, we understand that this is not typical of homes in the area. We also were sad that there is no safe way to swim off the private beach. The only complaints were the fact that the hot tub never worked during our 10 day stay (Andras kept saying the owner insisted on using his own people, but nobody showed up til day #7 & they couldn’t fix it). This, on top of the theater projector not working and the bed bugs that were discovered in one of the rooms, put a damper on our trip. To his credit, Andras got his people out there in under an hour to address the bed bug situation (they replaced the entire bed and sprayed the room after we’d removed clothing, and no one saw any more bugs during our stay).
