This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home includes a private hot tub and is set up to accommodate single or multi-family groups. The furnishings include all the upgrades you could ask for including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The floorplan is open and welcoming with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Accommodations also include a private putting green, ping pong table, fireplace, outdoor gas grill, outdoor firepit, covered back patio, and a private backyard.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts, and is conveniently located nearby the Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Performing Arts Center. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

It was as well equipped and felt as much like home as any vacation home we have ever rented. From the labels to make sure you knew where everything was to the sporting equipment in the garage, we were thrilled with it all. I would 100% reccomend this house to anyone I know and it is highly likely that when I return in the future, this is where I will stay.

This beautiful home has everything you need and then some. Nice large living area with plenty of comfortable seating and big screen television. Bedrooms are nice sizes with separate baths. We all enjoyed our five night stay and would love to return to it again!
