- Our Pool & Spa Heating service is included in our bookings (up to 88 degrees)
- Our pool is located in the middle of trees, we'll clean the pool as much as we can twice a week, however during your stay, is a high possibility that you'll find leaves on the pool, this is part of the nature, we never wanted to cut any trees.
- We don't allowed any parties in the house (Loud music after hours 9:00 PM) we want to respect our beautiful community, and we highly enforce eviction if this is overruled.

Updated home with great space!

The home was very clean and had plenty of space for me and my girls to get ready for my wedding! The kitchen is fully stocked and has plenty of room for people to gather in the living room and first floor with the open concept. The check in and check out process was seamless and contacting the owner was very simple. My only reason for 4 stars is because the tv is only using streaming services, so finding regular live tv to watch was difficult. We loved staying here and will definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to visit The Woodlands!!
