Welcome to Sugar's by the Sea! This gorgeous 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom is located in the perfect location, City-by-the-Sea, where you can easily access Rockport and Aransas Pass. Enter through the garage and open the barn doors to discover the perfect outdoor entertaining space with a TV, bar, and lounge seating to enjoy the view and relax. There is a full bath for your convenience.

Next, you will take the internal stairs to the gorgeous open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room with access to the patio and a dining table. It is the perfect place for indoor or outdoor entertaining. All bedrooms are located down a hall from the main living room. You will find the primary bedroom with a king bed, a large ensuite bathroom, and a closet on the left. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with two twin beds on the right. A full-size washer and dryer are off the main living area. The living room also has a queen-size sleeper sofa.

The boat lift is not available for guest use, but you can tie your boat to the dock and a fish cleaning station for your fresh catch.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen

Schönes kleines Haus in toller Lage und mit fast allem was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen und sich zum Teil selbst zu versorgen. Da wir gern ein kontinentales Frühstück haben, war die gräumige Küche bestens geeignet. Manko allerdings der fehlende Toaster, so dass wir das Waffeleisen benutzten mussten. Ging dann besser als gedacht. Bei der Anreise gabs jedoch ein Missverständnis, so dass wir bei unserer Ankunft nicht ins Haus kamen. Der Schlüssel sollte für diesen Fall in der Schlüsselbox hinter dem Haus hinterlegt sein. Die gab es auch, jedoch wurde uns kein Code mitgeteilt, so dass wir sie nicht öffnen konnten. Anrufe inkl. Notrufnummer landeten auf der Mailbox. Ende vom Lied, die erste Nacht verbrachten wir im Hotel in Galveston. Am nächsten morgen eruhren wir, dass der Schlüssel in der Box der Agentur hinterlegt war. Wer soll das wissen? Das ist uns noch nie passiert und wir sind geübte Ferienhausnutzer. Ein Wort des Bedauerns oder Entschuldigung-Fehlanzeige. Die fehlende Waschmaschine und der vergammelte Grill werden nicht weiter kommentiert. Alles in allem ist eine Grundreinigung, wenn nicht gar eine Renovierung erforderlich, da alles, inkl. Küchengeräte schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen sind. Zum Schluss noch etwas versöhnliches. Wie es immer mal vorkommt, haben auch wir diesesmal einige Kleidungsstücke vergessen. Darunter auch einige sehr lieb gewonnene. Da wir noch nach Corpus Christie gereist sind, war die Agentur so nett uns die Sachen nachzusenden. Top

Great place, plenty of room

Really nice newer property outside of Rockport. House is very well provisioned, zero complaints will definitely recommend to anyone. Restaurant out front has good food too.

Excellent Place

We absolutely enjoyed our time. The convenience of being located on the canal was ideal for quick access to taking the boat out fishing. House is very well maintained and clean. The breezeway bar area is amazing for relaxing. Tips: Remember to bring boat fender buoys for tying up to the dock and chalk blocks for your boat trailer, as the drive way is on a slight incline. Will definitely no it let book again!

Gulf Coast Bliss

It was absolutely stunning! The porches have a great breeze and great view of the canal and birds. The house was very welcoming, comfortable, and provided all the essentials. I was looking for relaxation and this was it! We will definitely be back!
