I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. I did forward the comment about the toilet paper to my housekeeper. Not sure what happened there? I know she usually does have extra rolls out. In addition there should’ve been a whole drawer full of kitchen towels, so not sure what happened there either. I’m very sorry for any inconvenience and I’m looking into it. I agree the Texas sunsets and sunrises are beautiful over the pond. Thank you for your review and happy to hear you’re coming back.
The property was very well maintained and very quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms met everyone's needs, and the living room was arranged nicely for visiting and watching TV.
Beautiful location. Loved the house. Felt like home. Very relaxing. Will be book again in the future

Peaceful stay!
The house is better than the pictures. The host was super helpful! If you want a quiet place to get away this is it! The setting is rural but close to everything you need!If you like to fish…even better.
Near enough Lake Tawakoni to be convenient but far from neighbors. Nice big cabin with plenty of room and amenities. Property manager was great to work with and help us out. Will plan to stay again.
This is a great place. We only got to fish a little, because it rained all day, but its a nice peaceful property. It's very clean and cozy. Just perfect for what we needed.
This was a wonderful spot away from everything but close enough to run into town for lunch. The bed was nice and comfortable and the house was a good size. The view of the stars at night was amazing. I was very pleased with the location and accommodation.

Great stay
The only complaint was the muddy driveway, but that’s only expected after a week of rain. We had a great time with the family. Cute property with a stocked pond that the kids enjoyed.
House nice and bed in master bedroom was comfy. The only issue was the scorpions and huge spoders in the master bath.

From the Owner: "I am glad the bed was comfortable. I am surprised and sorry about the scorpion. We do keep the place sprayed for spiders and such. I am not sure what happened here. I have never had scorpions in this home. I will be looking more closely at this situation."
This property far exceeded our expectations. The house is very nice & the property is even better. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful!
This place is a definite book right now place! It was SPOTLESS! Cozy, and everything you could need. The catch and release pond is steps away and my husband enjoyed several hours of fishing while we were there.
This place was awesome! The home was spotless. Plenty of room and comfortable. The outside has a catch and release fishing pond which my husband really appreciated. The surroundings are gorgeous and calming. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. I absolutely would return.
Beautiful home … decorated nice.. plenty of space for the 5 of us!
Enjoyed the stay… Had a question as to where we were supposed to take the trash.., when they say the front of the property.. they mean the front of the property… lol. Called to check… received a message back really fast! No problems! Loved the place… just realize you will be way out not close to city life
We enjoyed our stay here we were not at the house a lot but when we were there it was a nice & quiet place to stay love the location in the country and the view of the pond
