Nice house in a cute neighborhood

This is a nice little spot with a community pool thatโ€™s a 5 minute walk. It felt safe. Thereโ€™s a taco place right outside the community and itโ€™s about 15 min from downtown. There are four bedrooms, but you need to walk through a bedroom to access one of them. Thereโ€™s not a yard, but there is a rooftop deck which is nice. The pool on the deck is empty though (contrary to the pictures). We did have some issues with the waterโ€”apparently someone didnโ€™t hold down the toilet handle for long enough so it ran all night and drained our water tank. The wifi worked well and the kitchen had all the basic pots/pans plus some essential food items (salt, sugar, coffee, etc).
