Magnificent uninterrupted Beach and Ocean views, this oceanfront home overlooks beautiful Burgess Beach . With constant waves and picturesque sunrises, relax by the plunge pool set amongst tranquil tropical gardens or enjoy watching the whales & dolphins from the balcony. Jewel of the Sea = Relaxion, swimming, snorkelling, surfing, golfing, bushwalking, paddle-boarding & fishing. Cafe's, Club's, kids playground and park. Perfect spot to relax for Summer or Winter getaways with family & friends.
The space
Wake up to the sound of the waves from 1 of 4 large bedrooms (2 with ensuites - main with spa bath). Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances - includes fridge, oven gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. Coffee, Tea ,Sugar & Milk is complimentary.

Upstairs consists of 2 Large bedrooms ( 1 King Size bed with main bathroom having a spa bath. The other a Queen Size bed with large ensuite bathroom.)

An informal & formal dining area and a formal lounge area which is cozy and relaxing to read, listen to music or do puzzles which are provided. Air-conditioning reverse cycle heating makes this house ideal for both summer and winter getaways.

Downstairs has 2 large bedrooms (1 Queenside bed , the other 2 King Single Beds) and a main bathroom with bath. It has an informal TV Room which includes Netflix, Google Chromecast and plenty of seating for everyone to watch a movie, relax & enjoy the books, cards or boards games provided.

The house has large balconies with a chill out area & BBQ plus outdoor table seating for 8 people with umbrella. Relax by the plunge pool set amongst tranquil gardens and unwind with a drink or 2 while mesmerised by the uninterrupted views of Burgess Beach.

Property also has an office area for those who still need to keep in touch, with Wi-Fi internet available.

Lower level also has fully equipped laundry with washer/dryer /basket/pegs/iron and ironing board.

Also a secure double garage with room for the boat and toys and plenty of off street parking in the driveway.

Sun drenched with beautiful sea views. Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces and privately nestled amongst the frangipani trees. Only minutes to walk to two beautiful beaches and a morning coffee!

The photos did not justify how wonderful, clean, and comfortable this place is. The view was breath taking and convenient enough with 10-minute drive to the main streets. There are also beaches that are just a short walk away. Great host with great communication. We wish we stayed longer!

Amazing house in a wonderful location. The ocean views are stunning. Great plunge pool which was perfect to cool off. Very clean and great communication with host Steve who was very accomodating. We loved it and will be back! Highly recommended!
