This house is on one of the island’s higher hills and offers amazing views: Grand View is located on a private dead end road, within the rolling hills of Villa Borinquen, on more than half an acre of partially landscaped land. It has amazing views of the island’s North Shore and even views of Culebra island on a clear day. It is centrally located and close to everything.

The Space:
Grand View is is comprised of two separate, comfortable & fully furnished living spaces:

The main second story unit comes with a garage with electric roll down door, two furnished bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms. The open concept living area and kitchen connects to a 40 foot wide balcony overlooking the sea and beautiful surroundings.

The first floor unit, with the home’s pool area offers a space for an amazing outdoor living experience and provides a fully furnished, large and open space with a completely equipped kitchen and ocean views! It has its own private entrance, a great side porch with views & access to the pool deck on the other side. The large pool patio offers an amazing view, warm Caribbean breezes the background sound of the home’s tropical bamboo trees and the neighboring palm trees. This pool level also features a laundry room, full shower and bathroom.

All and All AMAZING Stay!! If you are looking for an off path lodgine with accommodations for 3 couples this is the place. Great communication with host. Everything you could need to cook and go to the beach was provided.

Excellent set-up for 2 adults, 2 teens, 1 child

Overall, we were pleased and would return. The house has two separate and independent levels. Both levels have a kitchen with enough utensils, pots, appliances, etc. Neither kitchen has a dishwasher. The top level has a living room in between two bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms in the upper level have A/C, but the living room and kitchen only have overhead fans. The lower level apartment is a spacious one room studio and therefore remains fully cool with the one A/C unit. The beds and pillows were comfortable; the towels were perfectly adequate. The pool was small-ish but perfect for our group's needs. My only complaint is that the cleanliness was subpar in some areas of the house -- the dresser drawers in the studio apartment, the shower, and the bathroom floor were all filled with tiny hairs, for example. Another small detail that disappointed was that the bathroom by the pool had a full trash bin from previous guests. With a more thorough cleaning to prepare for our arrival, the stay would have been perfect.
