Thank you for staying with us! We’re happy the property had plenty of space for your family and that the game room kept everyone entertained. Seeing snow sounds like a great added memory! We’d love to host you again!
Overall our experience was great. Beautiful place with plenty to do. We really enjoyed the pool table and ping pong, we did have an issue arise with getting into the garage however the property manage was very responsive in getting back with us. The description is a little misleading as far as number of bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms in main house and 1 above garage. One room sleeps up to 8 people. Good if you have lots of littles. Had everything we could possibly need for our little ones. Ice maker seemed to be on the fritz. If you need a good bit of ice you may want to purchase some. Toilets need some work. We had issues with the master toilet not wanting to flush. Had to hold the handle down and thought it was going to overflow every time. If I am ever in the area again I would consider booking the place.
Overall this was a great vacation home for a weekend getaway. The management company was communicative and responsive. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. There is plenty of parking for a large group of friends such as ours. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was a misleading amenity listing: they listed the home as having a fireplace, and it does not have one. Also, it should be noted that one of the bedrooms listed isn't in the main house, it's a loft above the garage which is separate from the house. Also, the grill was not in working condition.
Ease check in and out. Good location for our plans. Hot tub was down but fixed before we left. Per night rental was reasonable however fees associated were high.
