Fall Getaway

Staying at the Tiny House in the Trees was a wonderful experience! It was very clean and everything that you would need was there for you. One note, the clearing with the telephone wires running down isnt as pictured. Its filled in with plant growth. We thought we would be able to take our dogs for a run there but there was a space in the front of the house so we made due. It wasnt an issue at all. One other note, we were unable to figure out where to take our garbage at the end of our stay. More signage might be helpful.

Ridgeview is a nice cottage

Ridgeview is a cute cottage in a superb location, just a short drive away from beautiful Silver Lake and Sharbot Lake and from Perth. A couple of respectful suggestions to the owner, who is a nice lady: it would be good to have a pair of hooks installed in the bathroom to hang bath towels (to dry) and place a couple of additional shelves at the entrance. We found that we didn't have enough space where to put our things and had to leave some in the trunk of our car.

Great Cabin!

I enjoyed my stay. It was the perfect size for me. There was plenty of water and it was hot when needed. The BBQ could use a little TLC. I would recommend the cabin to others, however, I would warn them that the noise from hwy 7 is loud. Overall, it was a nice getaway and the cabin is great.

A sweet Tiny Home where you will feel cozy : comfy couch and nice entertainment system (projector fabric screen; dvd player with some dvds available). Be aware the access to bed is quite steep with the ladder. Overall great first experience. We didn't go much outside and take advantage of the little patio as deer flies we were waiting for us...

I have always loved small spaces. The coziness is so inviting. My husband and I travel in a 1984 campervan so creating a Tiny home just felt natural. We love sharing this space with others. There is something so liberating about living simply in a tiny home.
