Fully Loaded 3 Bedroom Cottage including washer and dryer! Free Wifi!

Sit back and relax on 205' of shoreline. The scenery is unparalleled! I guarantee it.

Swim right off the dock or take a small dip where it's shallow. Go fishing with the 2 canoes provided. OR bring your own boat, we have our very own private boat launch! Plenty of life jackets in a variety of sizes. Then finish it off with a nice grilled steak on the BBQ and a side of some great Walleye, Bass, Pike, Perch, Catfish.

3/4 acres of land for you to play on, firepit to sit around at night. Visit the nearby small towns, grab some ice cream in Westport. What more can you ask for?

Bob's lake, which has the most shoreline of all the lakes in the frontenac, has lots to offer!! Bring your beach towel and let's go!

All the amenities are within a 20 min drive: Grocery Stores (Wide variety of items including a decent size gluten free section), Liquor Store, Beer Store, Bait & Tackle shops

The most relaxing stay we ever had.

My wife and I loved the cottage! It was impeccably clean and the view of the lake was amazing! The sunsets were awesome! We brought our small fishing boat and the fishing was great! Having the private dick with electricity was very convenient! We would definately like to return in the future.!

Fun by the lake!

The cottage was very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was on hand. Perfect deck to entertain on, then move to the fire pit for a cozy evening by the lake.

Zach's place was better than the photos can show it. The view, location, amenities were all above expectation. The kitchen is very functional (with a great view) and has all of the tools, cookware and dishware you need, ready to go. The outdoor spaces are very comfortable and private. And yes, you can literally fish off the dock. The indoor seating and dining areas are all very comfortable, and the large TV a bonus (even when our favourite team failed to win).Zach was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. He and his father made sure we were well taken care of.This could easily be an annual trip.

Wonderful experience

We were three adult fishermen looking for a relaxing getaway for some fishing. Zack's cottage was everything we could have asked for and more. Very pleasant, well equipped cottage right on the lake. The location is great. Zack and his parents were very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Bob's Lake cottage

The cottage was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It was right on the lake as described. The only downside for us was that there were no decent restaurants within half an hour drive to give us a break from cooking every night. The only one was very expensive in the view of my wife.

Great Cottage

The cottage was super clean and has everything you need for a great getaway. Zach was super friendly and helpful. Would definetly recommend this as a vacation rental. The weather wasnt terrific as we stayed on thanksgiving weekend but we still had a great time. The scenery was terrific as well.

We had a great time as a family at the Cottage Roy. The cottage itself and the grounds were lovely, and every detail was well Thought out. We appreciated the shaded area on the deck where we enjoyed many meals. A marina is next door, but we still felt a good sense of privacy. Overall we felt relaxed and rejuvenated after our week.

Happy New Year to Us!

My friend and I brought in the New Year at this amazing place. As previously stated...there are not enough words to explain this little piece of Heaven! No detail is left undone. The fire was on making our arrival so welcoming, and the Christmas Tree WOW!!! Truly brought tears to our eyes. Thanks so much to Zach (and his father) for being such gracious, friendly hosts. My only complaint is that I had to leave. Cannot recommend enough.

the property is maintained, has everything you could need. It is clean would be an awesome place to bring the whole family. They have thought of everything including gates on the patio to keep littles from the lake. The only thing I wish it had , is one more bedroom so I could bring my entire family here. Spent the Thanksgiving weekend here with my family. I cannot say enough about this cottage, and the owner. We had everything we could need (and more) to prepare an amazing Thanksgiving 'feast'., and finally got to meet Zack. Highly recommend!!!

A Relaxing Family Getaway!

The property was everything we hoped it would be! The cottage has a fire pit with a lakeside view, great swimming and fishing right off the dock, a private yard and deck and a canoe to explore the lake with. The cottage was well stocked and clean. Excellent stay!
