The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Bedding: Please place all used bedding on the floor in a pile in the bathroom Towels: Please place all used towels in white laundry bin in the bathroom Recycling: sort into the bins on the deck
Garbage: Use purple garbage tags on table and drop all garbage in large blue bins that you drive past on your way out (they are at the end of Seapoint lane when you turn onto Massassauga Rd.
Doors & Closing: Please place the piece of wood in the sliding door to keep it closed, close the all the windows and blinds and leave the keys in the lockbox where originally found.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking: We don't mind if you smoke on the deck but please do NOT smoke near the doors and in the cottage

Had a wonderful two week stay at Cliffview. Amazing swimming in a very deep lake, lovely sunsets every evening, enjoyed a well appointed cottage, surprised at how quiet such a large lake could be even in weekends. Visited by deer a few times. Hosts are responsive and caring. This was a great retreat spot.

A Charming Cottage Retreat

We had a fantastic stay at this cottage. The lake is stunning. The kitchen is fully equipped if you feel like cooking, but if not, there are some good restaurants about a 30-minute drive away.

We loved staying at the property! Allie was on the ball and was always willing to help out in terms of organizing our stay! Wonderfully relaxing escape to Buck Lake

The location was beyond our expectations, tucked away in the woods around Buck Lake. It truly is beautiful! And since the house faces the west, my husband and I would watch the sunset together from the deck after putting our 3-month-old to bed. The house is really well maintained and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked there all week, grilling almost every night out on the deck overlooking the lake. The dock is also very nice and perfect for water sports and swimming, although we were a little limited due to the 3-month-old!! I imagine stargazing off of the dock is incredible. The only thing we would note to future guests is that the dirt road to the house can get very rough with bad or rainy weather. It was repaired before we left, so the maintenance is good, but we were thankful we didn't bring our low riding Mazda on the trip! Allison was an amazing host and was really good about making us feel welcome! She was really responsive and great to work with to make it an amazing vacation for our family!
