Samantha Lane - Mountain Views
Open up the sliding glass doors to the wooden balcony and you will be greeted with the contrasts of aqua blues and emerald greens from Lake Wakatipu. The floor-to-ceiling windows in each of the bedrooms allow you to soak in the peaceful alpine surroundings. A few bonuses are the warmth of the fireplace in winter, a separate lounge with a pull-out single couch, and queen-sized beds in every room- ideal for larger groups with friends or family.
The property is spaced over 2 levels. 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuites as well as the garage and laundry are found on the ground floor. The kitchen, living and balcony areas as well as one of the bedrooms, a bathroom and the separate lounge are located on the top floor

This home is only minutes away from Lake Wakatipu and centrally located between Frankton and Queenstown, where you will find a hub of eateries, retail therapy, and bars.

The house has a lock box to access the home, which we will provide you before your stay.
- Interaction
We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. Rebecca or Hunter will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm.
- Neighborhood
Queenstown Hill is a gorgeous part of the city with spectacular views of The Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu. It is a peaceful part of town, tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but it is still within easy access to the heart of the city.
- Getting Around
This property is within walking distance of bus stops and has off-street parking.

The T&C's for staying at a Tahuna Hideaway will be sent to you before arrival.
This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm - 8am.
As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:
No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm - 8am.
All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm - 7am.
The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm - 7 am.
