The Space:
Baxter at Lake George Winery by Tiny Away is the perfect family staycation with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch, which can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor.
A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home and family friendly accommodation with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).
If you plan to spend your farm stay NSW getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have two holiday homes, "Edgar and Rae," located about 8 meters away, available with 24 hours' notice in advance. Keep in mind that these homes are rented out as well, so you may encounter other guests in shared areas.

- A complimentary firewood will be provided.
- If additional firewood is needed, there will be a $20 charge per batch, to be paid directly to land host on site. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own firewood.
- We have restaurant and cellar door onsite and is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm.
- Dinner orders can be placed and collected during these hours or we can place the food in your tiny house if you are checking in late. Please call our restaurant to arrange this.

- We advise guests to keep an eye on children inside as the stairs to the loft is quite steep
- Guests with infants are recommended to bring their own portable travel cot during their stay
- Guests are advised to keep an eye on their children at all times as the stairs to the loft is steep
- We strictly advise guests to follow these safety guidelines to avoid potential accidents on the property
- Guests with children are advised to keep an eye on them as the property is a farm hazard that may be a danger to them

- Please dispose of your trashes properly when you leave the tiny house
