Beach House Upper Unit

This separate secure top floor unit is upstairs in my own home with fabulous views to the coastline of Collaroy and Long Reef.

The house is only 12 years old, and is fully equipped, well maintained and furnished with a beach theme.

It is such a convenient location you will not need a car. It's a 3 minute walk to the bus to the City, Manly, Palm Beach, and NB hospital; it's a 5 minute walk to the beach, cafes and the cinema; an 8 minutes walk to putt putt golf and the driving range; 18 minutes walk to the sea pool, the lake, and Warriewood Square Shopping Centre. I love the convenience of living here, not to mention the views!!! I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Warriewood beach unit

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Cherryann’s beach unit. We found the property very clean, tidy and well stocked with linens and kitchen equipment, china and glassware. I found everything I would have in my own home, even an apron. Cherryann was a great communicator. We hope to return next year for a longer stay.
