I’ve stayed at Aanuka multiple times and this was by far my favourite. Such a beautiful getaway for my partner and I. Everything about this space was just perfect.

Cute

Amazing location, loved the snacks and little bits and pieces which makes for an easy stay. However, the mattresses on the bed was awful, I actually went and purchased a mattress topper. The couch wasn’t much better, for a luxury resort this really let the stay down.

Love this resort, this was our 3rd time staying. The only thing we didn't like this time was the location of the bure. #26. It was on the walkway that everyone has to pass. No privacy, and was woken up every morning by people walking past to go to breakfast. Other than that would definitely return.

A nice enough unit. I didn't expect that it would be attached to other units but it was not a bother. Was nice to get a basket of snacks on arrival. The resort and beach is lovely and is what would bring me back to Aanuka Resort. There is a but though.... The cleaning in this unit was not a good standard. More attention to detail would be all it takes. For example, there is a sign requesting you don't use the white towels to remove your makeup. Fair enough! They provide a pack of towelette wipes for makeup removal which is a nice touch. However the underneath of the opening tab for the wipes was filthy with mould and the top wipe had mould growing on it. Yuk! There was beard trimmings on the basin tapware that hadn't been wiped off. The wall tiles near the ceiling in the bathroom have mould in the grout from the condensation. There were lipstick marks on one of the coffee mugs. There was dust on the bedside table lamps. I could go on but all easy things to fix! Don't imagine yourself being able to see that stars while you chill in the spa - the glass ceiling was not clean enough and if the neighbouring units have lights on in their bathroom they are too bright to see anything other the overhanging palm trees. It is nice though, if you can overlook these things. I did let the property manager know about the cleanliness (with photos) before posting this review as they requested, but no response.
