A short walk will get you to the unspoiled beach which stretches for miles. Toko Mouth is the best kept secret with so much to offer! 60 minutes to Dunedin for shopping and it’s popular attractions. 15 minutes from Milton for the essentials and a picturesque 50 minutes drive to The Catlins. The house has everything you need for a home away from home experience. The bedrooms all have new beds and radiators including electric blankets for those cooler. South Island nights. We have a smart TV with Freeview, Netflix, Disney and Amazon Prime available for your enjoyment.
