This home has EVERYTHING you could possibly need! We enjoyed every second of our stay here, had plenty of things for the kids to enjoy including the heated pool, puzzles, games, TV, etc! Very clean and spacious! Close to grocery stores, no issues in the neighborhood. However, 1 of the grill tanks leaks. Also, possibly invest in a Keurig and a TV in the Master Bedroom?

A great family experience

This house was very comfortable and had what we needed to spend a week as a family. It is close to the Barclay shopping center and only 15-20 minutes from the other attractions in Spring Hill. There was a park minutes from the house. The heated pool was a huge perk of our stay and the kids enjoyed it every day of the week we were there. Overall a fantastic property.

From booking to arrival, simple stay instructions to then leaving, our stay was excellent. The home was spacious, in a quiet neighborhood easy to get to. The pool was warm and calming, a huge screen tv made for fun movies night after a day of running around. And the beds were oh so comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Nice house. Had everything we needed for short stay. The location was perfect for spending time with our family. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi on arrival but both the property manager and the owner worked hard to get it. Corrected quickly. Would definitely stay here again when visiting our family.

I had a lovely time and everything about the home was relatively easy. If I lived locally and didn't have a pool I would go here rather than a hotel for the weekend! Clean, quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed the house and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. My only complaints is the digital lock on the front door wouldn't really work and I thought I wasn't able to get in with it. I tried calling the property contact listed and no one answered, nor did they call me back. My husband was able to finagle it to work but he was the only one who could get it to work the entire time we were there.

Spring Hill Vacation Home

We enjoyed our stay from last week in Feb to April 1st of 2024 in your home. It was close to everything we wanted/needed. The beds were comfortable and loved the living room furniture (so comfy). We also enjoyed sitting on the sun porch in the evening playing cards. Lots of positives with a couple negatives which I really hate to leave but the the furniture around the pool could really be replaced ( we understand they were damaged by other renters). It would also be nice to have an ice maker in the warm weather so we wouldn’t have to buy ice. I will end with the quick response we had when trying to get in early and when door wouldn’t lock/unlock. Teach was also quick to come replace smoke alarm batteries. What a sweetheart.

Good times in Spring Hill

We had difficulty getting in, we wanted to get in early which didn't happen. We understand this and it's fine, but when we got to the property at 4:45 our door code wouldn't work. I called the property manager and she didn't take my call. I texted and she finally got back to us, but still could not access.

Clean home with everything you may need

It was very easy to enter the home with the keypad system. The home is recently updated and extremely clean. We enjoyed having all the amenities in order to cook in the kitchen. Many other places we have stayed we have not been able to cook because they didn't have the essentials. Washer and dryer worked perfect. The pool is well maintained. We didn't get to use it because of the weather but would have if the weather was better. I highly recommend this home and will return the in the future.
