This 5-bedroom Orlando vacation rental is equipped with 5 bedrooms as well to suit up to 12 guests. Throughout the home, you'll find beautiful Disney-themed decor and features that will remind you how close you are to the Happiest Place on Earth. Kids’ bedrooms are complete with touches of Mickey Mouse!

The rest of the house has luxurious features that the entire family can enjoy. Each bedroom has its TV, and the convenient family room has plenty of space for everyone. There is also a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals. Out back, you'll find a covered private pool that's perfect for cooling off on a hot day. This home is one of our most upscale and modern Orlando vacation rentals, featuring clean and crisp decor and furnishings throughout.

Please note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.

No Pets Allowed Policy: **This property is NOT pet-friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.

Pool Policy: **Please note: this property has a pool - pool heat fees apply. Please inquire within for costs and minimum nights required.

Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.

This home was Beautiful! The pool was warm, the house was spotless and well equipped . The beds are very comfortable. 8 if us stayed 10 days and would definately go back! Convenient to everything!

We stayed at this same property last year. What a difference a year makes. The house was so dirty, totally unacceptable. One of the bathrooms appeared to have fades in the shower and bodily fluid next to the tub. We placed a complaint and after several attempts there was no response. We then had the sliding glass doors stick and we finally got a response. The people came to fix this and we were told the we would have to baby the door the entire stay and every time it would stick we had to then place the door back no tract by ourselves. They did send a cleaning crew to redo what should have been done to begin with. There was an issue with the liners to the showers being molded and was approached by an employee and told that they brought replacement liners and would we like to install them. Apparently they thought we worked for them rather than being on vacation. When talking with the maintenance crew and explaining issues I turned and the man that was there proceeded to roll his eyes at me while unknowingly my daughter was watching. We then had an issue with the hot water heater. We were told that anytime there was an issue we would have to reset the circuit breaker, this happened every time we took a shower and we ended put taking several cold showers. Every issue was not addressed properly and they expected the guest to do their work for them. Very disappointed, no offer for compensation for the ridiculous neglect. Last years review glowing, this one terrible.

Spring break 2023

Had a great time, the house was just as pictured. Very spacious! The only thing I might suggest is leaving a booklet giving Wi-Fi passwords and dining/activity suggestions.

Pleasant stay

The house was very nice and in good condition. We didn't get to spend a lot of time in it, because we were there to watch college baseball. We only had one issue with the hot tub. It cost extra to use, we paid and it was not very hot. It took 2 phone calls, but our money was refunded. I also think the BBQ should be included in price. We only wanted to use it one day, but would have had to pay for the entire stay. All that said it is a nice house for a family gathering.
