"Cosy On Korari" 2 Bedroom Guesthouse 600m to Lakefront In Mangakino

Cosy on Korari is a newly built 2-bedroom unit with great indoor, outdoor flow located on the rear of the owner’s property and situated only a short 600 metre walk to the beautiful Lake Maraetai lakefront.

Cosy on korari is double glazed and insulated with a heat pump to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

It comes with all the essentials for an easy holiday and is ideally suited for a couple or small family. The unit is equipped with a weber BBQ, Bluetooth speaker and has its own outdoor entertaining area which is perfect for a summer BBQ.

For the winter months or those unfortunate rainy days, guests can enjoy unlimited WIFI and a 55" smart TV and access to Freeview, Netflix.

Linen and towels provided. Please bring your own towels for the lake.

There is a $60 fee to cover Linen/Towel fee & cleaning (compulsory)

Mangakino is a small rural country town central to many locations for day trips with a small array of local shops such as a Four Square, post shop, laundromat, bar, restaurant, fish & chip shop, bakery and cafe that are just a short walk away in the town centre.

There is a 9 hole golf coarse, frisbee golf a short walk away and a motocross track only a few kilometres down the road.

Cosy on Korari is also a short distance to the Waikato River trails for the cyclists and also a short 28 minute drive to the Couger mountain bike park in Tokoroa and 45 minute drive to the redwoods mountain bike park in Rotorua.

The Guesthouse was spotlessly clean and very well setup with modern appliances. The wall framing is 6” providing excellent insulation. We very much enjoyed our stay. We found the stove top a bit tricky to get going - some instructions would be useful.

Cosy Getaway

Cosy on Korari is a peaceful, relaxing and tucked away little retreat. Easy to follow instructions, which included pictures for location and entry in/on property. All modern amenities, with guest access to Netflix. Fantastic shower. No laundry facilities on the property however there is a laundromat 3 minutes away, in the main shopping area of Mangakino. I highly recommend Cosy on Korari and we will certainly be staying here again.

Awesome place to stay. everything is new, modern and up to date both indoors and outdoor. Highly recommended, the area is quite and close to all amenities. Wouldn't hesitate to book it again and will post the details on our Mangakino Memories FB page Brendan was a great host I let him know we would be very late as we were caught up with bad weather and road closures on the way down.. We arrived to find he had turned on the heat pump and lights for us. That was really appreciated.

Comfortable and cozy.

It was a bit tricky to find the house at the first instance but with the help we were able to find it. If a house number sign with smthing like "Cozy Heaven" or something was put at the visible location it would have been a bit easier. May be add one more chair in the kitchen 🙂. Other than that the place is nice and cozy. Friendly owners.

House is very neat and clean. It was very warm and cozy place for three of us. Two beadrooms with nice double bed in one and two single beds in the other. Kitchen is with everything you will need, including variety of beverages (tea and coffee). All modern equipments, it has aircon that kept the rooms warm. Good water pressure with hot water. Loved the shower head. Going to replace mine at home with same brand and type Brandon. Love our stay at this property. Would highly recommend.
