Exclusive Skyview Apartment features fully furnished and equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms in King size beds plus 1 sofa bed in Double size with premium pillow top mattresses, 2 Bathrooms and 1 secured residence car park.
Standard capacity of 6-8 people including children, extra guests will be provided with extra air mattresses. There are 2 free cots available for infants and baby up to 1 year old (big baby size). Enquire within for preparation.
Main table is foldable, extra space for entertaining, kid playing when not in use. It can be use as dining and working table. Printer and scanner connects with wifi, convenient for work.
Comfortable sofa lounge with 50" 4k smart TV connects with unlimited data high speed wifi.
Guests can enjoy watching football, news or streaming services includes already logged in Netflix account or Apple TV and DVD reader.
The apartment complex located at corner of Princess Highway and Blackburn Road. 1.1km - 3mins drive to Monash University and 2.9km - 6mins drive to Monash hospital. Location is 30mins away from the city, can go on Princess highway or M1 freeway.
Two levels of the shopping center has medical center, pharmacy, Snap Fitness, Pilates, restaurants, food court, Village Cinema, Woolworth, Kmart, grocery shops, arcade, barber, nail salon and spa and parking exclusive for these places.
The apartment located in M1 building, easy access from main streets. The balcony has mountain view away from the highway so guest can have a nice ambience atmosphere and privacy while staying here.
Guest can also use the apartment's amenities that exclusive for residents only during your stay including the pool, BBQ area, tennis court, playground.

The property situated right on top of M-city shopping center. You and your family/guests will have a splendid time staying here. The shopping center has everything you need from everyday grocery (Woolworth and grocery stores), relaxing (spa and nails salon), entertainment (Village cinema, arcade) to health (GP and pharmacy) and fitness (gym and pilates).
The property building was built by the same time as hotel building by the same construction company. Quality wise it is the same while planning is better for family stay.
The apartment designed to have great features such as comfortable bed and high quality mattresses; foldable dining table can be used for work, it can be put away when not in use, extra space for entertaining; sofa bed can be open when use. Extra guests will be provided with extra mattresses and linen. Enquire within.
