The property is in a great location. Close to Jackon for grocery shopping, and restaurants, and close to the park. We were gone all day hiking, visiting yellowstone, and we felt our items were safe at the condo. Beds were comfortable, and a plenty of kitchen items for making meals.

Great place for a family trip

We liked the VRBO. It was decorated in a fun way. The owner left bubbles and candy for the kids. They let us check in early. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I highly recommend it.

Great location. Minimal hot water and very noisy with upstairs neighbor. There is no sound barrier between floors. We heard every step, running water, flush from the floor above us.

Good location, issues with hot water and temperature

I’ll start with the bad: lukewarm-to-cold showers, even when spacing showers over multiple hours. Windows in both bedrooms didn’t open, making nighttime very hot. Yes, A/C wouldn’t have been necessary, but need operational windows to create a cross-breeze with front screen door. The fan in the bathroom also didn’t work, and the bathroom door wouldn’t latch closed. Could also hear a lot of noise from surrounding units. The good: location is good. The unit was well-stocked for cooking. No problems checking in. Summary: for the price, (and even if it had been cheaper) I was very disappointed. By far the worst VRBO I’ve stayed in. Having stayed at a neighboring unit last month for less than half the price, I was expecting at least the quality from the neighboring unit, which was far superior by the way. Very expensive and after spending a wet day in the park, lukewarm showers were not appreciated.

We greatly appreciate your feedback, and we would like to share some insights from the homeowner: -"We sincerely appreciate your positive feedback regarding the location. -For the benefit of our guests, we make it a point to send a welcoming message to every guest, inviting them to reach out with any questions or concerns. Additionally, we provide an information sheet within the unit that contains my contact information. In this case, the guest did contact me to notify me of their check-out, but regrettably, they did not reach out with the issues they encountered. Please rest assured that our place is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the essentials a guest may need. -Regarding the windows in both bedrooms, they are fully functional; there's a simple lever that needs to be pushed in order to open them. The unit does not have A/C due to HOA regulations, a constraint that affects all units in the building. Nevertheless, we do provide four fans in the unit, and guests are encouraged to use them in conjunction with the open windows for a fresh and comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom fan and the door are also in full working order. -We take the utmost care to clean and inspect the unit thoroughly before every guest's check-in. As for the hot water, we haven't been made aware of any issues, as we used hot water for cleaning and in other aspects of the unit. We sincerely wish the guest had reached out to us, as we are always eager to address any concerns promptly. -Regarding pricing, we are dedicated to being transparent throughout the booking process. We break down all rates and fees for travelers before they confirm their reservations. We take pride in conducting research to ensure that we offer fair and competitive rates and fees, all while maintaining a clean and comfortable stay for our guests. It's worth mentioning that our cleaning service is one of the most affordable in the Aspen area. We hope this information proves helpful, and that these explanations provide some clarity. Please know that it is our sincere desire to provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests."
