ABOUT THE HOME
If spectacular mountain views are what you're after, this property will not disappoint! This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is perched on the 5th floor at "the Marquise" located in Whistler's Upper Village on Blackcomb Mountain. The spacious open concept living area takes advantage of sweeping southwest mountain views and an abundance of light with large windows/doors in the dining area, living room and master bedroom. Cozy up in front of the gas fireplace or take it all in from one of the balconies. The floor plan has great separation between bedrooms and is functional for either two couples or a family with kids as each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room available for extra guests and a window AC unit.

From its perch on the Blackcomb Benchlands, this six-story condominium lodge has some of the best views around as well as ski-in/out access across the street. Only a short walk or free shuttle ride from Whistler Village. Features outdoor pool, hot tub and gym. For your convenience, Outpost's front desk is located in the building just next door should you need in-person assistance from our team.
LOCATION: BENCHLANDS
Located slope-side on Blackcomb Mountain, the Upper Village offers alpine seclusion while still being just steps from the upper village as well as the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. With a slope-side setting, these lodging options will have you on the slopes (or the first tee of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course) in minutes. Many of these complexes have ski-in/ski-out access and they are all on the free shuttle route to and from the Village. In the summer enjoy quick access to Lost Lake Park as well as a weekly outdoor Farmers Market.

Pay parking is available for $20/day in a secure underground parking lot.
THINGS TO KNOW
- This home only has air conditioning in the living room area. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom.
- Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.
- Ski-in, ski-out ability depends on the snow levels and lift operations. You can typically ski-in and out between mid - December and end of March. You can call our reservation agents a few days before your arrival to get an update on current conditions.
- If you want to have the king bed set as two twins upon your arrival, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made less than 48 hours before the arrival will be subject to a fee.
HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no pets, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25. Base occupancy is 4 adults and max occupancy is 6 adults. The fifth and the sixth adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 75% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 45 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 45 days before check-in.
