This first-floor, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condominium features an enclosed sun deck with river views, ideal for enjoying the scenery during all seasons. It is five blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. Condo amenities include a wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, and Queen sleeper sofa in the main living area. The condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, a separate dining area, a primary bedroom with a flat-screen TV, and an office area. This condo is located on the south side of the building, closest to Cooper Avenue. The free local bus - with access to downtown and all four local ski areas - picks up right outside.

Nice location…but

Nice complex right on the river and just a nice 2 block walk to Aspen and City Market. Unit one is closest to the road so being on the river is effectively eliminated by the cars. The unit smelled Bad, like musty or moldy.. we used Fabreeze And opened up the One living room window but it was still smelly. We would not stay there again.

Lovely LDW Retreat!

Great stay in this STR hosted by Aspen's Frias Property rentals. Communication was easy, the condo unit is very spacious, and welcome basket was a lovely touch.
