Pets cannot be left unattended during any point of the stay, leashes are

required in and around the villages, guests must pick up after their pets, and

Request a refund for a pet charge, never brought a pet

This was a nice place, right in the resort. One problem is that I have asked multiple times for a refund for a pet charge and I did not bring a pet. It is an extra $100 that has just been taken out with no response from the property manager.
