It is fully equipped and decorated, designed to be functional and extremely comfortable .you will enjoy a good life just 35 minutes from Paris. In addition, 10 minutes from our hotel, you can enjoy the well-being of individuals or families Spa Aquatonic®, over 2000m², a park for walking. Very close to Disneyland ® Paris, Golf Bussy-Saint-Georges, shopping center Val d'Europe, the Valley Village ChicShopping and 25km from the Villepinte exhibition center. In addition, the subway just lying next to the shopping center Val d'Europe to be able to go to Paris and Disneyland. The town of Montévrain is 40 km east of the heart of Paris, in the new town of Marne La Vallée.

Renovierungsbedürftig aber gute Lage

Durch die guten Bewertungen haben wir das Haus anders erwartet. Auf den ersten Blick war es sauber aber man sieht, an den kaputten Küchenschränken, Türen und Boden, dass hier dringend was gemacht werden muss. Die Bettwäsche hatte Löcher das Bad oben ist sehr klein und es hat geschimmelt. Das Sofa und die Kissen waren schmutzig. In der Küche sind Schanktüren locker und die Schränke könnten besser ausgewischt sein. Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser und Tassen sind sehr wenig vorhanden und nichts passt zusammen. Wir waren nur zum Schlafen dort, dafür war es okay. Die Entfernung zum Disneyland sind mit dem Auto ca 15 Minuten und zu Fuß ca 1h es gibt einen Bus der bis direkt davor fährt 8 Minuten entfernt, den haben wir genutzt. Der Vermieter hat uns nett empfangen.

Douche is er schimmel, vieze matrassen en kussen en dekens, klein pruts tv, er hangt vieze geur in die huis we hebben slecht geslapen, in de keuken ook oude pannen en potten. Er word daar gewoon niet gekuist. Dacht met goeie reviews goed ging zijn blijkbaar niet das zeker geen 8/10

Woning niet geschikt voor 8 personen.

Woning is te klein voor 8 personen. Keuken was slecht voorzien van servies en bestek. Slaapkamers te klein geen of weinig bergruimte. Badkamers erg klein. Toilet zit in de keuken. Beddengoed stonk muf, handdoeken te weing. Is wel wasmachine maar geen ruimte om was op te hangen. Gevraagd om babybed, was alleen matras aanwezig. Huis was redelijk schoongemaakt. Tuin was niet bruikbaar, stoelen 4 stuks waren smerig en verder hoog onkruid. Locatie wonig is perfect voor bezoek aan Disney en stad Parijs.

Sehr dreckig

Das Haus war leider sehr dreckig. Die Küche konnte nicht benutzt werden, da die Kochlöffel und kochgeschirr dreckig waren. Es waren Essensreste dran. Auch der Geschirrspüler war verdreckt. Die Bettdecken haben komisch gerochen. Heizung hat nicht richtig funktioniert, das Haus war sehr kalt. Auch stimmt die Entfernung nicht, in der Anzeige steht 5 Minuten bis zum disneyland, es waren aber 15 Minuten mit dem Auto

Je ne recommande pas ce vacancier . Il est de mauvaise fois . il invente des choses qui ne réflétent pas la realité . Un peu de poussière sur la hote aspirante de la cuisine et elle dit que la maison est sale. Ils ont fumés à l'intérieur de la maison et sont partis sans faire le check out comme des vo.... Elle pouvait nous appeler surtout qu'on habite à coté . Ils ont laissé la maison sale meme très sale. attention aux futurs guest de faire attention avant d'accepter une réservation de sa part. Je ne la recommande pas du tout et je lui donne 0 étoiles Patrick

Séjour agréable

Ce fut un voyage dépaysant et reposant qui nous a permis de bien commencer l’année. Propriété propre et conforme aux photos. Présence de 2 salles de bains pratique mal grès le fait de ne pas pouvoir avoir de l’eau chaude en même temps.

Jolie petite maison

Jolie petite maison à 10min de Disney en voiture et 35min de Paris. Bien desservie (RerA, bus), centre commercial Val d'Europe à proximité, dans quartier pavillonnaire très calme. Trois chambres dont une avec une suite parentale appréciable. Les propriétaires habitent dans la maison mitoyenne et sont très agréables.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison attenante à la famille Asmar. Maison très fonctionnelle et bien équipée: les photos reflètes les lieux. Seul un petit reproche sur les draps fournis qui sont usés mais le reste était parfait. Les propriétaires ont fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité et d'une grande tolérance car nous avons fait la fête !
