Family friendly Beach House - 5 mins from Beach!
Centrally located, double storey face brick home in the very popular Ocean View drive and very close to Skulpiesbaai beach and all local amenities.
It has 2 fair sized bedrooms (one has a queen size bed the other a double bunk) and a full bathroom downstairs and a lounge with 2 sleeper couches (sleeps 4) as well as a beautifully equipped open plan kitchen .
The washing machine is located under the staircase and for guests use!
Upstairs we have a powder room, main bedroom with access to the ocean view balcony, queen bed and full ensuite bathroom.
The Braai Room is where the magic happens. Big, well equipped with a TV, load of seating, farm style dinner table and not to mention... the sound of waves crashing!
The house has full uncapped wifi and an alarm and plenty onsite parking.
