There is lots of space for everyone with five bedrooms, separate office, spacious great room with stone fireplace, saunas . This 100 acre property has access to walking trails, 8 acres of mowed greenspace, 500ft of sandy shoreline complete with a private dock to truly enjoy the outdoors. Unwind yourself being surrounded by nature and enjoy campfires all while star gazing.

We have had the opportunity to explore 36 countries together and enjoy raising our family in Carleton Place. In our spare time, our family (kids age 3 and 6) enjoy spending time taking advantage of all the outdoor actives such as boating, fishing, 'ATVing' and snowmobiling. We also successfully run multiple short term rental properties in Carleton Place

We look forward to hosting people from around the world and for our properties be a unique experience to create memorable moments with family and friends

This Log House is located on over 100 acres of trails, 8 acres of groomed landscape and 500ft of sandy shoreline. This grand home has been a place for multiple families to get out of the city to be able to relax, swim and take in the amazing waterfront views all while having a comfortable place to sleep.
