Longer Stays:
Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.

Check-In and Check-Out:

- Please provide expected check-in time. Will we do our best to cater to early check-in requests.
- Guests to provide expected check-out time(latest being 10 am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided (late check-outs without prior agreement will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental).
- Guest must view the check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process.
- Keys must not be collected prior to agreed check-in time and lockboxes(if any) must be left closed and locked.
- Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.
- Carpark can only be used from check-in time and must be removed at check-out time.

During Your Stay:

- Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down to reasonable levels at all times.
- Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests.

- Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges.

Handy to Broadway Amenities
3 bedroom, 2 bathroom very new apartment situated on the corner of the Northern M'way on ramp/off ramp, but well sound insulated and appointed. Comfortable furnishings and beds. Induction cook top, which we utilised well. In apartment laudry and drying facilities were excellent. Carparking secure and covered. Excellent check in instructions provided by hosts. As commented on previously some of the legs on the dining chairs do prop one forward when seated - perhaps something to address for future guests? A minor gripe. Also the check in process again doubles up on the details provided via bookabach, with requirement to fill out a separate form online for this property. With some to'ing and framing got it all sorted via the stay management company (who were excellent). Verdict: We would return and stay again with our 2 children quite happily, given the shirt walk to Broadway and Westfield Malls, and the excellent quality of the apartment.

Wall posters need securing to the wall in entrance way blimin bumped it off the wall snaged on my luggage on the way in I felt terrible but could have been placed better

Great location, and recently done-up :)
Great little apartment, in an awesome location. But location is actually Newmarket, not Epsom as advertised.. Check is process is confusing - after the initial booking on the BookaBach website, the owners email you a link to a form to fill out, which asks for your credit card details again. We called BookaBach, and they advised us not to fill in the form, and gave us the contact details of the Bach owner instead. They confirmed they already had received payment, and that we could email them a screenshot proof of payment and proof of ID instead of filling out the form with our credit card details - we took this option! Also, be careful when sitting on the chairs, some of the legs are on backwards, and you feel like they're about to tip over when you sit on them (note to owners: check the single armchair, and some of the dining chairs around the table). All in all, was a great stay, thank you. :)
