The Chic Suite is aptly named after the owner of the suite, Joy! Joy renovated and decorated the space all on her own with a unique vision in mind for her guests. We want our guests to feel inspired by this space! This is the perfect condo to bring your friends or family for an Okanagan vacation.

The suite is located in the Copper Sky complex in West Kelowna. Just a short 10 minute drive to downtown Kelowna & 5 minutes to West Kelowna's famous wineries!

Beautiful place that is quiet and close to all the wineries in West Kelowna. Definitely recommend taking Vivid's wine tour as they will pick you up last and drop you off first for West Kelowna at this location. The balcony has a beautiful view of Mission Hill. You might need a car from this location to do things further away (Downtown Kelowna) or hiking/paddleboarding (Kalamalka) but Uber will pick you up

Condo was in great central location and complex had lots to do including a hot tub, basketball court, billiards and more. There was no cable for sports but we were able to watch Netflix when it was time to chill:)

Wonderful

We were in Kelowna to visit family. The suite was very nice, plenty of room, lovely view from the patio. Very well maintained and stocked in case you forgot anything. Was nice to be able to cook our own meals instead of eating out. Room for our granddaughter to lay and play on the floor. Having access to the pool was also extremely nice. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a few issues-too short to see the code on the lockbox to get into the suite. It should probably be hung on the door handle.-could not get any of the tvs to work.But Lindsay and Joy were very helpful, responsive, and even offered a compensation for the trouble.The home was beautiful and cozy. We had exactly the girls' weekend we were hoping for.We'll be back when the weather is warmer!

Get away from winter

Over all we were very pleased with the our suite and location. View was beautiful day and night. Only issue we had was no instruction on how TVs worked. Never Roku before and could not figure out the remote to use tv to it’s fullest. Other than that it was great B & R Wilson

Cute place in good location but completely destroyed.

This place has potential to be cute and chic but has been completely trashed with stained carpets, broken window, punched tv that doesn’t work, bed sheet had stains and holes, broken glass on balcony, bathroom door handle broken., etc… the property manager was responsive when we sent the pictures right away, the location and pool was plus. Otherwise very very sad condition. Hope they take pause to repair the place.

Good place but falls short of being great

This place was mostly very good. Spacious for four adults, nice interior and amazing view off a great balcony. Large parking space. Beds were comfy. Negatives were part of the check in process where accessing the entry key was physically challenging as it required inputting an entry code in a dark hallway where you have to reach high up to a key pad that is above eye level. There was a paucity of tea towels and only one set of bath/face towels per person. The range was slow to heat up and one of the kitchen knives was damaged and created a chance of injury. The TV in master bedroom has a damaged screen and the living room one had no cable connection. We didn’t complain about these issues as none of them were major or something you can’t adjust to but collectively they made the stay slightly disappointing.

5 Star Price, 3 Star Experience

Unfortunately, I have to leave a mediocre review after trying to resolve our issues through communication. We stayed 3 nights in July. Pros: Location, Parking, Quiet Building, Comfortable Beds, Ease of Check-In. Cons: Communication and Cleanliness. We were only in the suite three nights so we made do with the situation. On our check out we were asked to leave a review so I was honest with the owner. The place was dirty. The carpets had not been vacuumed and were terribly stained throughout the unit. They had obviously not been shampooed in recent history. The windows were filthy and the deck was coated in a film of dirt (we swept it). The couch was actually broken and missing the middle support leg which made it unstable for several adults. I had asked only for the refund of our cleaning fee. I was offered $40 as I could not supply picture evidence. Who takes a picture of stained carpets, filthy floor to ceiling windows and a broken couch? The owner said if she’d known she would have rectified it while we were there. Give me a break!! How can those kinds of issues be rectified when the suite is occupied? And all the evidence needed is to actually visit the suite. I didn’t want to leave a negative review as I wanted to give her an opportunity to make it right. This is the experience we had and we were not treated fairly or with respect.

Fantastic vacation rental

My wife and I were thrilled when we arrived. Everything was even better than we expected. Beautifully decorated, fully equipped with everything you would want: tv's in every room, individually controlled AC units, fully equipped kitchen, super comfy beds, great deck with bbq and view, and amenity center with pool.
