Road Conditions
The final stretch to the property is an unpaved caliche road. While an SUV or truck is helpful, it is not required.
Phone Signal
Please note that there is no mobile signal on the property.
Wi-Fi Access
We provide satellite-based Wi-Fi, which may be limited and weather-dependent. It’s best suited for light usage.
Tipi Rain Notice
As traditional tipis have an open center at the top, complete sealing is not possible. During heavy rain, a few drops of water may enter.
Air Conditioning
Portable AC units are provided but may struggle to keep up with high temperatures. These units typically cool to about 20°F below the outdoor temperature and perform best after sunset.
Natural Wear & Tear
Due to the outdoor nature of the accommodations, you may notice minor canvas wear such as light dirt, mold stains, or small tears. This is a normal part of the glamping experience.
Dark Skies
We encourage you to bring a flashlight or headlamp, as the property has minimal light pollution and can get quite dark after sundown.
Pets
Pets are welcome! A pet agreement must be signed, and a $25 fee per pet will be charged separately after booking.
Children
The property is not childproofed and resembles a natural camping environment. Expect gravel paths, wildlife encounters, and open terrain. Parents are responsible for determining if this setting is appropriate for their children.
