Fabulous Muricata Ave Modern 3 Bedroom Beach House with Spa pool. 2 minutes' walk to the beach and 10 minutes' walk to downtown Mount shops, bars and restaurants. Comfortably Sleeps 6 with large open plan living room/dining and lovely outdoor area for those warm Bay of Plenty evenings.

All mod cons including heat pump (lounge) high speed Wi-Fi and a 65” Smart TV with streaming services. Wash off the ocean under the awesome outdoor hot shower. Close enough to the action but still quiet enough so you can really unwind. Spend a day on one of NZ’s best beaches then jump in the spa before heading into town for a few drinks and top-notch dining.

Everything provided for your relaxing holiday including beach toys, quality linens, towels and all kitchenware. Just turn up and enjoy.

Bedding can be configured to suit your needs. There are 2 x King beds and 1 Queen, or we can set up with 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 singles. Please message us your bedding requirements.

Great stay

Unfortunately it rained our entire visit but thankfully the house was big and had lots to do, beds were compfy, everything was clean and it was easy to walk to the beach and shops. Thank you for your hospitality.

Christmas in Manganui

We loved our stay in Mt Manganui. The house was perfect for our family (though air conditioning would have been really nice). We walked most places, liked being so close to the beach and boardwalk, and appreciated the suggestions for dinner locations (we ate at Master Kong and Tay Street Cafe). The bedrooms were roomy and the beds very comfortable. We made a few meals in the kitchen and used the long table for dinners and breakfasts. Comfortable living room for watching a few movies. Easy in/out instructions. We did a couple loads of laundry and some drying facility - even a clothesline outside - would be helpful. Overall a great stay, thank you!
