Amazing Speing Break

Our accommodations were wonderful. This was our 3rd year visiting Reunion, and we will be back for a 4th! The resort and waterpark are wonderful and perfect for a full day of fun with kids. I'd recommend the waterpark figure out how to handle long lines to order drinks and food, the wait time is far too long 1-2 hours, especially when you can't bring food into the park.

ALWAYS LOVE REUNION

HAVE BEEN COMING TO REUNION FOR MANY YEARS, & ONCE AGAIN VERY PLEASED WITH OUR VILLA AND THE RESORT. THE VILLA 3BED/3BATH WAS VERY CLEAN, LOCATION EASY TO NAVIAGATE THRU THE RESORT. THE KITCHEN COULD USE BIGGER COFFEE CUPS, THEY WERE TINY. THE VIEW WAS LISTED AS GOLF COURSE VIEW, AND IT WAS BUT BLOCKED BY UNTRIMED LANDSCAPE. ONLY WAY TO PARTICALLY SEE YOU HAD TO STAND UP ON THE BALCONY, SO THAT WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTING. OVERALL GREAT VILLA & REUNION HAS CONTINUED TO MAINTAIN A BEAUTIFUL RESORT.

Condo AP0204 Review

I was disappointed that the dishwasher in our unit was broken. On our first day there I ran the dishwasher and water poured out the bottom of the door all over the kitchen floor and we scrambled to mop it up with the paper towels left for us on the counter. If housekeeping really did their job they would have noticed this- the rubber stripping inside was broken and pieces were missing- it was this way long before we arrived. I called for repair and Jerry was wonderful but it was going to take a week for the replacement part so unfortunately that was not going to help us.

We're deeply sorry this inconvenience disrupted your stay, this is not the experience we strive for or are known for. I've passed this onto our leadership team so they can investigate further.
