great place perfect location

only issues we had were that there is no dishwasher and the split unit heater in the living room made quit a bit of noise. we could not run it overnight due to the noise. place was clean. we did have alot of noise from other renters above but they left the next day. over all it was a great place.

Convenient location condo

Overall the location and size was great. The floors and rugs had debris on them. Comforters had stains that showed they hadn’t been washed in a while. It wasn’t terrible but not super clean. Property manager was nice and responded quickly to questions.

Great location

The spot has a great location. We felt safe and comfortable. We were able to cook a few meals and enjoy walking around the neighborhood.

Awesome place

Property was very nice and clean. Only a few minor things. Back door was hard to close, broken cabinet and a couple other little things. Overall, nice area and super clean. The patio is awesome to hang out. Would stay again!

Great spot, but shared patio space with upstairs rental.

Showed up late on a Wednesday and was absolutely enamored by the spot. Gas fireplace and hot-tub on the patio, cute and cozy spot with a nice kitchen. Enjoyed a nice night with my wife and two kids. Woke up and enjoyed a quiet morning and walked the beach. Later that day, the upstairs unit renters arrived; 10+ college kids. They were polite but still partied, we could hear them walking around until late upstairs, and were sitting in the hot-tub, drinking and on the patio until late (which is right outside our window.) Once we adjusted to this we had a great time. Walked to mission beach, rented bikes and cruises up to La Hoya, and made some great meals at our place. Overall a really cool spot for the price, but with th big caveat that the upstairs renters are a big liability for the experience you will have.
