POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will be sent a Welcome package that includes (but not limited to) such items as arrival instructions, parking, wifi, local eats, & area attractions.

Great location

Awesome location. Quiet, away from boardwalk but close enough to walk to in 2 minutes. The unit was certainly not deep cleaned. Stains on walls. Window sills were full of dirt. Air conditioner blew out black residue throughout the stay. We were not notified of maintenance entering apartment while we were gone. We showed back up and our door was wide open with all of our belongings.

Great Location

Great stay, but our bikes were stolen from the front patio the 1st night, we had them locked. Watch yourself keep bikes inside as you are profiled here.

Nice area, albeit congested

The place was more or less as advertised. Amenities as noted, many places to eat within walking distance. Unfortunately, we had some loud guests in the unit above us and there was a constant septic odor emanating from the bathroom drains. Caught this whiff elsewhere in the area so likely a regional problem, not just this place. We asked to check in at noon as we arrived on an early flight and were instead told we could check in at 2:00 (instead of 3:00 per the agreement) even though the place had been vacant for days according to the cleaners. So this was some concession, but not what would have made us happiest and cause us to post a very upbeat comment about host flexibility. But being positive, bed was comfy, TV had multiple streaming services, internet/wifi flawless, clean, well-stocked with dishes, paper products present including coffee filters, ice in the freezer. Place felt safe, access was easy, washer/dryer available with detergent, which we used once. It was fine overall.

Bleached Bed

I checked in and there was a large wet bleach stain on the bed. I notified the owner and was told where the washer and dryer was on the property, insinuating I should take care of it myself. The next day I asked for my cleaning fee to be refunded. As the place wasn't properly ready and they showed no interest in fixing it, I figured a returned cleaning fee was fair compensation for a bleach soaked bed to sleep in. They refused ad I am now currently seeking a refund through VRBO. If you would like to be treated as nothing more than a nuisance, go ahead and book this place.
