Welcome to our 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms condo at Majestic Sun resort! Look no further for your perfect vacation rental! Situated on the third floor, walking out to your over-sized balcony, your gulf views are as far as the eye can see.

Bruce and I have been managing our properties for 2 years, and working hard to provide each guest with the most pleasant experience possible.

We have 2 condos in Majestic Sun, A-301 and A-201. We just own A-301 the end of 2017 which is the unit you are looking at and we complete remodeled it. If one is booked, please try the other one. You can find our
A-201 on VRBO with property ID# 834873. They both are corner unit, A-201 is on 2nd floor and A-301 is on 3rd floor.

We also have another unit at Maravilla resort, 2BR/2BA. Pet friendly. Property ID# 852539. Please check us out if you are traveling with you pet!

A 301 is a corner end unit which allows privacy while letting more natural light in with 3 windows though out the living room and kitchen.

Our brand new kitchen with large quartz counter top, great for folks who like to cook. All new cookware, kitchen utensils and new stainless steel appliances will make your stay comfortable as it can be. The GULF FRONT master bedroom is gorgeous with a king size bed and a large master bathroom. The second bedroom is spacious with a queen size bed and it's private bathroom with full size shower.The third bedroom comes with 2 custom built in bunk beds that kids will fall in love with, perfect for parents with young children, easy access to the bathroom in the hall way.

The living room has a queen pull out sleeper sofa that is great for extra guests.

There is washing and drying machine in the condo so you don't have to go out to wash your clothes and towels.

At Majestic Sun resort, you will be able to enjoy the great amenities such as the outdoor/indoor pool that is fabulous for escaping the sun. If you want a heated pool, look no further - the indoor pool is heated during the Winter. There are two hot tubs that you can sit back and relax after a long day at the beach, absolutely divine. Majestic Sun offers a state of the art fitness center that overlooks the gulf and the pool so you can have the perfect view while achieving your fitness goals on vacation.

Majestic Sun has a unique architectural that we really love that it gives every unit an amazing view with soft, sugary white sand and emerald green water that our guests can enjoy an evening walking down the beach and watching sunset. While you are here, don't forget to visit our brand new on-site beach gift shop on the ground level of the building.
There are so much activities around you such as deep sea fishing for those who like adventures. Adults and young children can go snorkeling, parasailing, jet skiing, watch dolphins play, Pirate Ship tour, dolphin tour are awaiting the little children and much more at The Harbor Walk within 15 minutes away . Several designer outlets within 4 miles with over 200 stores ( Destin Commons, Silver Sand Premium outlet, Paradise Key) and more than 15 outstanding restaurants both on and off the beach.
