Sleepless in Brampton

I'll start with the good. Comfortable bed. WiFi. I arrived in the evening on Sunday. Info I received said there would be clean sheets and in the washroom. There was a fitted sheet on the bed when I came in, but it was covered in crumbs I found another fitted sheet and a top sheet in the washroom which were both balled up in the cabinet. I wasn't confident they were clean either so I washed them. No cold water in washroom sink. Only hot. Used toothbrush and soap left in washroom. There were a few plates and utensils in the drying rack in the kitchen. I discovered a few dirty plates in the cabinet and all of the glasses were also dirty. Sunday night. Hosts up until 11:30 – loud footsteps, moving furniture, talking. Up again at 4:30 Up with loud music, talking at 7:30 Monday during the day I discovered that water was seeping up through the floor right where refrigerator is plugged into an extension cord. I moved the cord, laid a towel and notified host. Tuesday: Hosts and guests? Up until midnight. Loud voices, footsteps, Thursday: Hosts and guests up until? watching MMA. Loud voices, TV loud, rolling furniture of some sort. At 4:30am I went out to sleep in my car after texting the host and getting no answer. I had a very sleepy 8 hour drive home the next morning. I understand that this is the host's home and some noise/footsteps are expected. However, notice that they would be up until after 4:30am I would have slept on my friend's couch.
