Overall we really enjoyed our stay. There was ample room and everything was nice and clean. The furniture could use updating if I was to remark on anything. Otherwise excellent host and beautiful property. I would stay again!

While the house is spacious and the kitchen seemed decent (we didn’t use it), the house is rundown and in need of a deep clean, some paint and repairs. It does not look like the pictures anymore. Most disappointing is the beds were terrible and none of us slept well. My son found garbage under his bed in the lower level. Not great.

This home was very spacious with many bathrooms, ideal for adults looking for their personal privacy. The host was immediately responsive with communications. However the walk way and stairs into the house are not level, presenting a trip hazard. Persons with stability/mobility issues would have difficulties entering/exiting and for this reason I consider it unsafe. The house was not clean! Walls were dirty and grimy, bathrooms appeared to be wiped down but not clean. Hair was found in multipe tubs, and garbage that had overflowed in the kitchen was not removed. The dishes and cooking utensils were dirty and I immediately cleaned them prior to use. I also cleaned high touch areas such as light switches, door knobs, etc. As previously mentioned in reviews the house needs a deep clean. There were minimum linens, only one hand towel per bathroom, no extra pillowcases even though extra pillows were available and not enough wash/drying cloths for a week’s stay. The furniture in the main living area is not as luxurious as presented in photos. The seats are not very supportive, the leather is flaking badly, sides are covered in scratches and all pieces are covered with furniture covers. The house is pet friendly so I expected some pet fatigue however the condition was beyond normal use. A dining room chair suddenly collapsed and further investigation revealed it had been previosly repaired with caulking. Unsafe. Excellent location in West Edmonton, All amenities close by.

We will definitely stay here again. For two larger families there was room to spare! The place is huge and open concept with high ceilings giving a very spacious atmosphere. Beds were very comfortable and clean. A very comfortable place to stay. Host is very approachable and available by text for any questions we had. This house is only a few minutes from the ring road making it easy access to all of Edmonton. Overall great value!:)

We were a party of 11, 9 adults and 2 children, and there was space for everyone without it feeling crowded. We loved all the bathrooms and all the appliances worked. No complaints. It’s close to shopping, Costco, etc. The property manager was friendly and very responsive to questions. Would recommend!

House is very spacious for 3 families. The layout works well for games, visiting, and eating.
