COMPLETELY RENOVATED IN 2014 (WE HAVE MAY THE ROOF AND WALLS!), The AVOCETTE PROPOSE TO SPEND A STAY IN COMPLETE PEACE A FEW STEPS FROM THE BEACH RECREATION AND SHOPS.

Ideally located close to the beach (approx. 80m behind the dune), recreation (marina, sailing club and tennis courts, mini golf 200 m) and the village center (supermarket, bakery, market 500m) The Avocet is a small house (approx. 65 m2) which allows you to relax for a week (or more if affinities).

It provides essentially pass with family or friends, a pleasant stay 'at the water's edge', namely:

- 5 beds spread over 2 bedrooms (master bedroom: 1 double bed 140cm, Children Bedroom: 1 bunk bed + 1 single bed 90cm)
Note: each of the 2 bedrooms has a wardrobe with hanging and shelves.

- Package includes: Dining table + 2 benches + 2 chairs, 3 seater sofa (sofa bed 2 places - extra charge) + 2 chairs, coffee table + TV sat) overlooking the terrace and garden.

- Fully equipped kitchen including: Induction stove 4 burners, extractor hood, oven, Microwave, (+ small integrated freezer), Dishwasher
NB: kitchen open to the living.

- 30m2 terrace facing east, ideal for breakfast at sunrise

- Garden of 100 m2 closed (ideal for young children) with no vis-à-vis, facing west with a 30m2 terrace and garden furniture (1 table + 8 chairs), electric griddle.

- Bathroom comprising corner shower 1m side, sink 2 basins, towel, Storage under sinks and column Column washing machine + Dryer

- Separate WC

You now have the opportunity to rent (extra) an additional chamber comprising:
- 3 single beds or 1 single bed + 1 double bed
- 1 WC / shower room with 1 basin + 1 corner shower 80 cm square dry towel + 1)
The room is on the ground floor (the house is located on the 1st floor) and overlooks the street (panoramic window with 'discretion film translucent).
Access to the house from this room is via a spiral staircase.

Belle maison au calme à deux pas de l'océan

Maison très bien équipée, propre et idéale pour une famille avec deux terrasses dont une à l'arrière de la maison sans vis-à-vis. Le camping en face est très calme et ne dérange aucunement. Les commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à pieds. Coin très tranquille pour des vacances reposantes.

Une petite maison bien agencée pour 4 (ou 5) personnes, à deux pas de la mer (de l'autre côté du camping municipal, au demeurant très calme et qui accentue l'ambiance vacances ...) et à 10 min à pieds (3 en vélo) de Saint Denis d'Oléron. Nous avons apprécié sa situation idéale, ses deux espaces extérieurs (l'un donnant sur le camping et la mer à l'Est, et l'autre, fermé, avec transats et plancha). Le propriétaire est réactif et la dame qui assure l'accueil et le départ est charmante. Bref, une très bonne adresse sur Oléron

Rien à redire sur cette location. Maison très confortable et avec un excellent niveau de prestation. Accueil très agréable avec la personne qui nous a reçu. Possibilité de se garer sans souci et de ranger les vélos dans le jardin. Grandes terrasses des 2 côtés de la maison. Dernière semaine d'Août, la circulation se fait sans trop de difficulté et la traversée de l'ile n'a poser aucun souci. Nous recommandons cette location.

Le gite est parfaitement situé. Proximité de la plage, du port et du centre. Le gite est très sympa avec une terrasse vue mer et un jardin au calme. La proximité du camping n'est en rien un problème car très calme et offre de plus plein d'avantages: boulangerie, pizza, epicerie, accès à la plage à pied. de plus l'accueil a été parfait. J'ai hésité à laisser un bon commentaire afin d'éviter que cette location soit trop connu ;-)

Un séjour très agréable pour découvrir l'ile d'Oléron

Location conforme à la description, agréable à vivre surtout côté jardin. Localisation particulièrement intéressante a St Denis : - La proximité du camping était plutôt un avantage (pain frais + restauration rapide à la supérette ). On le traverse pour accéder à la plage. - Proximité du port avec quantité de restaurants sur le front de mer. - 10 mn a pied du centre ville avec son marché quotidien et autres commerces Un beau point de départ pour une découverte de l'île, particulièrement agréable à vélo. On y serait bien resté une semaine supplémentaire. A savoir : pas de connexion internet disponible dans le logement (nous n'avions pas fait spécialement attention à ce point en réservant)

Belle maison oléronaise idéalement située, proche du port et ses commerces. Le camping en face ne constitue absolument pas une source de nuisance. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et y retournerons certainement.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison est bien située, près de la mer , à 2 min à pied du petit port et ses restos. Et à 5 min d' une superbe petite plage protégée des vents. La maison a une terrasse plein sud magnifique. L'intérieur est très propre, bien rénové, très fonctionnel. Malgré qqs petits désagréments de début de séjour et un souci de wifi, monsieur Forget s'est montré très concerné, nous offrant même un dédommagement. Bref, une bonne expérience et une bonne adresse sur Oleron. Allez y les yeux fermés

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille à l'Avocette. La maison est bien équipée, les 2 terrasses très agréables. Bonne situation, à proximité du port et à 10minutes à pied du marché. La plage est à 2minutes en traversant le camping, plage idéale avec des petits enfants. Nous avons également apprécié la superette du camping qui se situe à 30m de la maison et qui cuit du pain toute la journée,. Enfin, nous avons été agréablement surpris par le calme de la maison malgré cette proximité du camping.

Maison de vacances fomidable! Tolles Ferienhaus!

La maison est très bien équipée, tout était propre et bien entretenue. Le propriétaire était très serviable et nous à donné beaucoup de bons conseils (restaurants, location de vélos, éxcursions,..). La plage se trouve dans 3 min à pied (à travers un terrain de camping) et il y a un petit supermarché au camping (1 min à pied). Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (neu renoviert, neue Elektrogeräte), alles war sauber und sehr gepflegt. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps (Restaurants, Fahrradverleih, Ausflüge,...) gegeben. Der Strand ist nur 3 min entfernt (Zugang über einen Campingplatz) und der kleine Supermarkt des Campingplatzes (1min entfernt) hat ein erstaunlich breites Angebot (besonders praktisch für frische Croissants und Baguettes etc. für das Frühstück)
