Summer road trip

Loved the house, very spacious. My family doesn't like bunk beds so the room with 4 individual beds was perfect. The deck is really nice to hang out and barbecue. Everything is walking distance from the market to some restaurants. For my self street parking was easier, but the house does have parking in the back.

Awful

The owners were prompt to respond and very helpful during the booking and check in process. They even gave us an extra night at a discounted rate. They texted us the day of and ask us if we needed anything. Very kind and courteous. The place was relatively clean on the surface, but the trouble began with the beds, bedrooms and the set up of the house. The master bedroom has the only bathroom and it is removed from the rest of the house. Because of this, everyone must walk through the master bedroom to be able to use the facilities. I was aware that there was only one bathroom and this was a stretch for us alone, but the fact that we had no privacy and our room was constantly being walked through was unsettling. I would not book again for just that reason. The biggest issue we all had with the place was the fact that the beds and furniture were not only cheap, dirty, and uncomfortable, but the couch had a visible wire popping through it. The giant dents in the couch that were bordered by uncomfortable wires, made it impossible to sit on. We had to lay pillows down on the couch to be able to sit. Most of us preferred the floor. The beds did not have top sheets and the bottom sheet had no mattress cover underneath which meant you felt every bit of the wiring and coils of the cheap mattress and also that you could see that it was old and dirty. The comforter had obviously not been washed before and had visible stains. We slept on top of the beds with our own blankets.
