Great location, fabulous view

Lovely, spacious, well equipped, quiet condo. Beds and livingroom furniture very comfortable. Channel selection on the TV's was excellent, and the washer and dryer were very quiet. Location was excellent for walking to nearby restaurants, beach, and shopping. Lots of boat activity to view. John was very easy to work with.

Comfort and Location

This condo is clean and a nice size and layout. The building is secure and quiet and our parking spot was convenient. The location is perfect and we saw dolphins from the balcony almost every day. We enjoyed watching all the watercraft. We could go on walks so many different places and the pool area was relaxing. We’ll definitely be back!

The view alone is 5 star! The condo was in immaculate condition, and very clean. Everything we could have needed was provided. Everything was as advertised, maybe better! I would 100% recommend staying here.

We were both born, raised and currently reside in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Why they chose this property

This condo has been in the family since approximately 1977 and up until now had been used exclusively for personal use.
We've been frequenting the Clearwater Beach area with family and friends since the late 1970's.

What makes this property unique

The incredibly stunning view from the condo keeps us coming back.
The restaurants, shops, nightlife and close proximity of all sporting events makes for a great place to visit time and time again..
