Great Relaxing Time

We really enjoyed our stay. Fishing is within walking distance. Great view from back porch and it was very relaxing to sit out there and watch nature and read. We will stay there again.

Relaxing stay for our family vacation!

We are so fortunate to have found this listing! My older parents, my sister, her son, and my boyfriend and I all stayed here for a weekend trip. It was absolutely perfect for us! The layout was great - my nephew was able to go to bed early and not be disturbed by us getting food in the kitchen or sitting on the back deck listening to music and having some drinks. Every room was spacious, and the two full baths made it easy to get ready in the morning and get out the door. It was an easy walk to the dock that my nephew went fishing off of. The views were lovely and it was wonderful to start off every morning with coffee on the spacious back deck. I think we are done with booking hotels on the main strip of Branson, as long as this place is available. Would LOVE to see this place in the fall! Thank you so much!

Girls trip

We always like staying in this neighborhood. It is close enough to everything that we want to do. The owner was easy to deal with-we had a issue with the tv and someone was out there to help us get it working right away. It is a large unit and the view on the lake was beautiful. We were excited about using the deck and having meals out there but there were so many leaves and all the chairs were dirty so we couldn’t use them. When the person that came for the TV was there, she did offer to clean it up but at that point we weren't going to be there much longer so i didn't think it was necessary. The house also had a wet or musty smell which we could smell every time we entered but I bought some spray and that helped a lot! Not sure I would stay at this location again but like I said the owner was great in responding to us, it just seemed a little high in price, so I think I was expecting more.

Spacious and serene

I was worried to book this listing because there weren’t any reviews. Oh my goodness- so glad I took a chance. The first thing you notice when you walk in, is just how spacious this condo is. The kitchen is open with everything you need to cook and eat. The main reason I booked this spot was the deck. It’s beautiful. Lots of places to sit, listen to birds, watch squirrels scamper around and observe the fishing boats going up and down the river/lake. I had my morning coffee out there everyday and enjoyed the sounds of woodpeckers and other birds. The interior is furnished nicely and the beds were comfortable. It was my husband and 2 adult boys and we had more than enough room. Rosy, the owner, was just a text away and responded immediately to any questions or concerns. The condo is located in a resort type setting. There was a pool not far from our room. We didn’t swim but it would be nice for younger kids. This spot has river/lake access and we were within 10 minutes of Tablerock State Park and close to bass and trout fishing- which is why we were there. Highly recommend!

I brought my elderly parents and the ease of entering the unit without steps was great. The decor was delightful and we loved sitting out on the large deck watching the boats go by. The location is great - within minutes of restaurants, shopping and shows, yet in an area that was peaceful and quiet. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the hosts attention to details that helped to make our stay enjoyable. It has become our new favorite place to stay! We will be back!

Overall we enjoyed the stay. The view was beautiful and the space was clean. Our only drawbacks for this property were that there wasnt really anywhere to swim and though this space “technically” sleeps six the arrangement didn’t really work with out teenage children. Still cozy and beautiful. Would return.

Great Experience

The unit was clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen for most meals and found everything we needed. We enjoyed having the marina so close. We really liked the sun room out back. You will need to make sure that your permits are up to date and pay for a fishing pass if you want to fish from the marina. I think it was $5 per day. The management was very responsive and accommodating. It was the best experience we have had visiting Branson.

Great condo!

We are a family of five and had plenty of room. My children are still small enough to put two in a full size bed but there would have been room for a blow up mattress if needed. The condo was clean and right on the water. We enjoyed walking on the dock every night and buying the daily dock fishing pass. We ate dinner on the deck two nights and it is huge. We will return!

Branson Getaway

Went for a week to Branson for business and some fishing. Condo was overlooking lake Taneycomo and had access to a dock to fish. Marina was also very close and you could get tackle or rent a boat to use on the lake. Nice deck to sit in in warmer weather and enjoy the view.
